How to finish your ‪‎basement?

How to finish your ‪‎basement?

Not sure how we manage to finish your ‪‎basement in just 2 weeks? It all comes down to ‎organization.

In the next series of posts, we will show you step by step how the ‪finished basement crew does it!

How To Finish Basement

First, before we get to the ‪‎construction phase, we ‪plan out the design. Then we sit and chat about ‎finishing products…. and then we roll up our sleeves and the finished basement crew begins!

Step 1:
The ‪‎crew hand picks materials and delivers right to your door. We weren’t kidding when we said we were a One-Stop-Shop for your ‪basement ‪renovations needs! During each phase of construction, materials are brought over. There is no need for you to deal with organizing delivery, or outsourcing the right products. The ‪finished basement crew has you covered!

Step 2:

Prepping the ‪‎basement for ‎construction. First the ‎finished basement crew needs to inspect the basement ‪‎foundation. We want to ensure there are no foundation cracks, leakage, or seepage! You wouldn’t want your renovation ruined by ‪water ‪damage!

Step 3:

The ‪‎finished ‪basement crew works diligently to pass all inspection: plumbing, HVAC, framing, insulation and electrical. Once we get the green light, we are ready for drywall.

Step 4:

Now your ‪‎basement is tarting to take shape. Right after we get the approval from your ‪‎electrical inspection, drywall and taping begins! This process last approximately 3-4 days.

Step 5:

Right after taping we get right into the ‪finishing phase. Mind you, this photo was taken 9 days after Phase 1!!! Now that’s ‪progress! During the finishing phase, the crew ‪‎paints the walls and ceiling, installs ‪‎trim, ‪tiles, installs ‪flooring, ‪‎doors, ‪lighting! You now finally get see your vision come to life.
