Your Basement Doesn’t Have to be a Dark Damp Place!
Have a look at this basement theatre. Our clients opted to add an accent colour of red to spice things up. When sitting around this gorgeous fireplace and watching a family movie – you wouldn’t think you are sitting in a basement. When we start the design process, and map out a lay out, this is when the fun begins! Choosing flooring, tiles, paint, trim, fixtures…..and the list goes on!
We like to encourage our clients to step out of the box and choose materials that at in trend and colours that compliment floor and tile choices. We help encourage our clients to call up their inner Picasso – and join in on the fun!
Add Some Stone to Your Basement Renovation!
Wow – now thats Drama! Our clients really wanted to incorporate some stone into their basement project – and so we did! Instead of covering a fireplace with stone, we opted for a dramatic stone lit wall. This wall set the stage for their new basement space, as it was placed right at the bottom of their staircase.
There are many different stone products out there. A lot of great imitation stone as well, that helps save on the basement budget. Not to mention helping achieve that high end look as well.
Use Lighting to Add Some Life to Your Basement Project!
If paint and stone work isn’t enough for you, how about adding some LED lights to spice up your basement space? LED lighting is very popular now. It can be used to transform a room into any colour. So for those who are scared of paint, or for those who can’t settle on a colour scheme – this is a great feature.
This basement space without LED lighting is very neutral, using more of an achromatic colour scheme. To add some spice into this basement renovation – LED lighting was added behind the custom modern fireplace.
Don’t be scared to step out of the box – because we aren’t! For any additional information, or to schedule your non obligation estimate today, please call: 9055019574.
